Where are your products made?
Rafikimono products are happily made in the Philippines, at places that we’ve spent considerable time getting to know and love. Quality is of utmost importance to us, which is why we have chosen to work with people and suppliers that work with many other designer brands.
Can I add a gift note to my order?
Every Rafikimono order comes with a handwritten note. We usually thank you for purchasing from us, but we can address it to anyone you choose as long as you tell us what to write. Similarly, we can also provide a blank note upon request so you can write a personal message yourself. Message us on IG for any personal touches you may request.
What forms of payment do you take?
- For international, we accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express as well as debit cards from over 100 countries (you can see the full list when you add your credit card at checkout). We also accept payments via PayPal and Venmo.
- For the Philippines, we accept bank transfers via our BDO and BPI accounts. We recommend you messaging us through Instagram to purchase since we will discount you the fees Shopify and PayPal charge us. We also accept PayPal, and Gcash payments.
Do you offer bespoke garments?
Yes! We love making custom orders. We can modify the size, change the length, or make something completely unique and different. Specialty bespoke orders are usually for button downs, shorts, kimonos, jumpsies, pijamas, but we also can make whatever else your heart desires. Can I edit/cancel my order or change my address?

PLEASE NOTE: Only order cancellations within 1 hour of order placement are guaranteed. Depending on how far along your order is, we may not be able to make the update in time, but we will send you a confirmation email within 48 hours from submission confirming if the change could be completed. Any requested changes will impact the entire order, and individual items cannot be edited or canceled.

Once an order is placed, we're unable to edit or make changes. We can, however, attempt to update the address through DHL. Keep in mind, this process is never a guarantee as it depends on the status of the shipment. Give us an email at email@example.com or start a chat with us.
Order Processing: International orders will be packed and ready to ship within 1-2 business days of order placement. International orders are subject to customs clearance, which may cause delays beyond provided delivery estimates.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide with DHL. The size and price of your order will determine how long it’ll take to reach you. If your order is small, then we usually ship it to one of our fulfillment hubs as part of a bulk order before forwarding it on to you.
Rafikimono does not support pre-paid international return labels at this time. All international sales are final. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you need further assistance.

Ordering In Bulk
What qualifies as a bulk order?
Bulk orders are purchases that consist of 10+ items of the same style, size, and color. Nonetheless, if you think you have a “bulk order”, just message us and we’ll try to work something out with you.

If you wish to return your item, you may exchange for another item, or be issued a credit note for the full value of the item(s) you purchased (not including any shipping paid) within 14 days of the original purchase.
